This rosary is made in the Anglican style with 4 sets of 7 beads in the loop. The smaller beads are 8mm brecciated jasper beads, the large beads are matte black onyx beads, and they are separated by 4 mm matte black onyx beads and 3 mm round antiqued silver plated beads, all strung on 49-strand wire with a nylon coating.
The cross is antiqued pewter and is 54 mm long and 27 mm wide. The entire rosary is approximately 11.75 inches from the bottom of the cross to the top of the loop when stretched out long.
Brecciated jasper (sometimes also known as poppy jasper in its lighter colored ranges) is a natural gemstone that consists of swirls of deep brown, brick red, and cream colors. This is a natural stone and may therefore vary in color and patterning from specimen to specimen.
